[Champion Concept} Kaz: The Merchant Menace

The idea for this concept is to give Noxus a yordle champion and a support for the faction. More so the yordle than a support. While creating the fantasy of playing as merchant style character. A rather corrupt one at that.

Basic Lore:Everyone seeks fame, fortune, success, power, etc etc. Kaz was raised in Noxus by low ranking commoners within the slums. Knowing that he was looking at a long life of nothing but selling items to various people. This seemed like this was going to be a boring life. Kaz wanted more. Figuring he seek power and raise his status within the Noxian city state, he started to force other merchants to give in and form a merchant ring to gain mass economic power in Noxus. After a few years he gain a controlling stake in all of Noxus. Not sated with the amount of power he wishes for, Kaz now seeks to get more exposure and expand his hand into the other city states and territories of the land.

Skill Set:

Passive: Mobile Merchant

Kaz can carry twice the amount of stackable items (wards, potions) and a second copy of any item in his inventory. He can not use these extra items, nor do their passive effects on his stats take effect beyond the first item. In addition to this, allied champions within 250 units of him can open up the shop menu and purchase any item in his inventory at a discount as he levels up (Starts at full price, and 9% of base shop price at level 18 (1% Discount per every two levels first percentage gained at level 2)

Idea of the passive: Obivously he's a mobile shop, but limited to his personal items, to increase a lane's staying power. Kaz has to buy all his items from the base shop normally, but can hold multiple items to sell, without hindering his ability to ward, self heal and replenish mana.

Q: Clearance Sale

Kaz hurls an item from his inventory at random to deal damage to a small area, destroying the item in the process Range 600 units Damage 10/20/50/100/120 (5% AP OR 5% AD (item dependent,) + stats boosts of the item thrown (Bonuses are applied prior to loss of item) Mana costs 30/40/70/80/100 mana 15/12/10/8/5 sec cooldown Special note: This spell targets enemy champions automatically within range with offensive items selected, items that boost defensive stats, healing items etc, target allied champions (Giving a 2 sec heal, stat boost, mana regen as per the item. The ability will be grayed out if no one is in range for either effect.

Idea of this spell: This will work with his ult spell, and freeing up cluttered inventory. He has zero control on who is effected by the spell use with the only exception being if he builds solely around buffing or attacking.

W: Midus Touch

Kaz gains more gold over time passively. Activating this spell will give Kaz bonus gold for every attack landed within 4 seconds. Passive gold gained: 1/2/3/4/5 per 5 seconds. Bonus gold gained per attack during active 1/2/3/7/10 Mana Cost 50 all ranks 30 second cooldown

Idea of this spell: To help boost his income, since he could potentially lose his gold generation item with use of Clearance sale.

E: Price Gouging

Kaz throws unsellable trinkets in an area, blinding opponents. If Kaz kills or assists in the death of a champion. The victim has a debuff placed upon them that last for one shopping session. Shop Blacklist: You are barred from buying goods other than wards and potions. Range 500, area of effect: 100 unit diameter. Damage 30/50/75/100/150 (+75% AP) Costs: 60/80/90/100/110 mana Cooldowns: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

Idea of this spell: This is his main form of cc. To help cripple in the field with the blind, and will a successful kill on a champ he helps out with, limiting what the victim can buy after the death. To slow them from getting their builds faster. The debuff lasts until they leave the base, so a champ with this debuff can just walk out of base then recall back to buy what they need.

R: Five Fingered Discount

Kaz fires a rocket grabber that targets a champion's bag, taking one item at random from them. Allied Champions that use Kaz's passive ability to buy within 5 seconds of activation of this ability can get this item for zero cost. Kaz can only use this ability when he has room in his inventory. (Meaning at least one free spot, or able to take a copy of an item. Item stolen priorities are based on his current inventory. Range: 550 units. Damage 0/0/0 (+0% AP) Costs: 125/175/250 mana Cooldowns: 120/100/80 seconds.

Idea behind the Ult: To severely cripple the victim by removing an item from their inventory, forcing them to buy it again. This can be really deadly if he is able to snag an Hourglass, or Deathcap, or something that would be considered core on a carry champion. The longer the game rolls, the use of this Ult becomes more of an annoyance and since it will have priority on items that Kaz has on hand, still unpredictable, and can not be used if he has all six slots filled. A Kaz player would have to be aware of what the opponents has built, and how much space he has personally. A 'full build' Kaz should always have a free spot at the very least.

Sample dialogue:

Upon Selection: "Expansions are coming."

Movement quotes: "Staking a new claim." "Another sale." "Yes." "Noxian economics are vastly underrated." "Never refuse a sale."

Attacking quotes: "A hard sell." "Quality Service." "This customer isn't biting." "Into the fold." "Heh, forceful sale tactics."

Special quotes: Upon being used for his mobile merchant passive skill. "What are you buying?" "Buy my wares!" "Another happy customer!"

Joke: "Ask about the gold membership!"

Taunts: "Have you heard about my preferred loser discount?" "Poor lost... no, just poor."

Using Five Fingered Discount: "Ah, a fine item!" "New inventory!" "I know a person that could use that more than you!"

This champ would be extremely awkward and broken. Killing a champ sets them back, but taking an item from them KILLS THEM. The RNG in this champ is just way over the top as well. I like the concept and it's interesting nonetheless but it could use a lot of toning down. I would stray away from being a mobile shop or messing with other characters item slots at all.

There is so much wrong with this kit. No champion should be able to completely ruin an enemy just by using their abilities.

If you really want me to go into details, let me know.
