Passive: Noxian Blade Every Few seconds Talons Blade enpowers his next basic atack do deal extra damage and make the target bleed. Q Bloodfury: 70 Mana CD 20
Passive:Talon Gains a stack everytime he hits an enemy champion with a spell.Stacking up to 5 times. When he hits 5 stacks Talon gains movment speed and atack speed based on Abilite level. But he loses all the stacks after 10 seconds of not hitting an enemy champion Movment speed: 10/12/14/17/20/% Atack speed: 10/15/20/25/30% for 5 seconds
Active:Talon Empowers hit next Ability makeing it do 7.5% bonus missing Health damage each time the ability hits. And makeing the next abilite do bonus effects.
W Rake:Mana 50/55/60/65/70 CD 9/8.5/8/7.5/7
Talon throws 3 daggers in a cone in front of him and then coming back do him doing damage twice and slowing targets hit by 20% 20/50/80/110/140 +60% AD .600 Range
When enpowerd both hits do 7.5% Missing health bonus and instead of just a cone Talon makes a Ring of Blades 600 range all the way around him doing the exact same amount of damage as normal just with missing health bonus.
E Cuttrhoat: Mana 35 CD 15/13.5/12/10.5/9
Active:Talon blinks to an enemy champion and Marks the target so Talons damage is ampifide to the target by 3/6/9/12/15& Kills and assist reduce Cutthroat's cooldown by 5 seconds
When Empowerd Talons E cost no mana and after used Talons E cooldown returns to 0 when getting kills and assists and the Ampifide Damage is incresde by 5&
R Shadow Assault: Mana 100 CDR: 80/60/50
Talon creates a Ring of Blades going invisible and gaining 40% Movment speed for 2.5 seconds When the ring goes out it deals 120/170/220 + 75¤AD and you can reactivate or atack a target for the Blades to come back to Talon and deal the same amount of damage again Maximum damage 240/340/440 + 150%AD When empowerd it does 7.5 bonus missing health of the target each wave of blades and it makes the invisiblilite 4 seconds long
