Season 6 Item Idea

I was thinking about a new item called, "Soul Eater", consuming there soul and gaining power. What this item does is, whenever you get a kill off of a champion, you gain 1-5% (Your choice riot of the %) of there Max AD and AP, stacking up to 20. When you die you lose 2-5 stacks, similar to the Mejai's Soul Eater. This item is a very good snowball type item, but it's a high risk high reward. I think that we should add this since we're removing the Sword of the Ocult.
