Quinn absolutely need attention right now!

You did a skin for Quinn recently but i don't think that it suits her very much Instead of that i propose a "Magical Girl" style, like the Lux's one, maybe with other female champs in the same kind of suit, to form a "Group of Magical Girls", like in Japanese animes, with Lux as the leader. I'm sure that everyone who loves Quinn is waiting for something like that to happen, for her to be connected with other champs and for a real change in the ADC picks, i'm sick of Jinx's, Lucian's and Vayne's player who thinks that they're the only TRUE ADCs.

I'm going OT but can you also look at her Basic Attacks range in comparison to the others ADCs? You made reworks for a lot of Champs recently and i beg you, do something about her, bc no one is playing her right now and this is very sad, she's a good champ with good mechanics and everyone's acting like she doesn't even exist.

Quinn should be more like Kindred. There should be a better synergy between her and Valor.

Don't really see how a 'magical girl' skin fits her thematically...like at all, honestly the bilgewater feels more fitting to me. Dunno, maybe hand crossbow and bird wielding character fits into the 'magical girl category,' I don't see it personally though. Also if you've been paying any attention at all marksmen are the next ones slotted for an update like the juggernauts. So, people are hoping that she'll get some attention there.

I actually think a Star Guardian Quinn would be a perfect fit. Does she need a Fiora-tier rework? Yes.

Uhm I don't really think Riot wants to make a magical girls group simply because Lux is the one inspired by Sailor Moon and the other girls aren't, but maybe Quinn deserves some definitely girly and femine skin. Let's try think some other concept, like uhm, a "Lady Quinn" skin?

I don't like quinn, I never see her but as a cancer top lane. Quinn top is the same level as teemo. Am I saying she is a bad champion no, but her kit clunky. But I do think she needs some attention :P

First of all, Quinn isn't even an ADC, she's a bot laner. Also the 'Magical Girls' skins, would only fit certain champions. Quinn doesn't have the right personality or anything (like the way she moves, talks, etc.) to fit into this category.
