IP Champion Sales

Since there are such things as Sales that have something to do with RP skins and champs I think that there should be a thing that has to do with sales with IP Champions. I know that if the sale is like 50 percent it would be a bit overpoweed, but if the sale was like 15-25 percent it would actually help a lot and be a lot more usefull.

They only have sales because the RP cost real money. Why would they sell something for something you get for free ingame?

they could do it with the skin sales like say a jax skin is on sale they could reduce his price by said amount but nothing super high to encourage people to buy that champ and if they like it then they could buy the skin too
