Gruel the Juggernaut was beaten as a child growing up in Demacia as he was never good enough for his warmongering father. This pushed Gruel to the point at which he strove to become the strongest man alive. His training led to his ability to wield a sword and a shield effectively in combat, using his shield to reduce his damage and his sword to execute his enemies. He also spent time training with Lux, and became able to chant a reflection spell on himself, becoming the ultimate brawler in the fight against Noxus. Gruel has yet to lose in toe-to-toe combat, even against the Noxus army. Passive: For every nearby champion, Gruel gains a stack of Demacian Resolve, granting him +5armor/+7mr per stack. Q: Blade of Demacia; Gruel sweeps his sword in front of him, dragging nearby enemies to him and stunning them for .5./.6/.7/.8/.9/1 second. W: Shield of Demacia; Gruel raises his shield, blocking all incoming physical attacks for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75.2.00 seconds. When the time is finished, 25/30/35/40/45% of damage blocked is healed to Gruel and 10/15/20/25/30% of damage blocked is healed to the nearest ally. E: Mage Armor; Gruel chants his reflection spell, reflecting the next incoming spell for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2.00 seconds. This is a targeted spell and can be cast either on himself or an ally. The spell reflected is sent back at the original caster. Can reflect aggressive summoner spells. R: Repentance; Gruel trades places with a targeted enemy champion (think Urgot ultimate before rework) and gains a shield worth 20/30/40% of his Max Health. This can proc Colossus.

base stats: 650hp 1.5 hp/s 350mana 1 mana/s 55 base ad 0 base ap note: base stats are still being theorycrafted and analyzed, not sure about them.

Thoughts? Recommendations? Feel free to drop them in the comments! Also, please describe what makes you think so. Currently don't have any art done for him... I'll work on that!

so im guessing (correct me if im wrong) his objective is to use his ult as an ingage and then use his e+w together to reflect back all the damage that he took while the person he ulted is caught by your team while the shield helps you stay alive and the q is there to just add a little more damage as well as help cs in lane since hes melee. only problem i see currently is that it seems as though you took fiora's riposte and made it into an ad and an ap version that last each for two seconds instead of fiora's .75s other than that its a nice idea for a champ who works around urgots old ult
