Mastery Tokens

So I recently bought Sona, and promptly got two S's an S+ and an S-, but of course, since I didn't have mastery lvl 5, they don't count for tokens later when you get to mastery 5, I think it would be useful that any S's on a champion should count towards tokens not just ones earned when you have mastery 5 on that champ
