Skin Idea: Final Boss Xerath

Xerath Kit is based of hitting skillshots and in his bio he is a god. So i came up with the Idea about the endboss Xerath. He suits perfectly in this skin theme since almost every Endboss has many skillshots to hit the hero to kill him. Cool particual effect would be rly nice. For his ultimate i would recommend like an evil opening. He didnt received for over 1k Days a new skin so its THE TIME BOYS FOR THE ENDBOSS. YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST
