So i had 3 skins in hextech crafting right? and one is legendary and two are epic. I don't play any of them so i decided to re role them. I get Archduke Nasus ._. I think that is ridicules. The thought of getting a cheap skin for some of the most amazing skins in the game. The only way to balance this is the better the skins that you re role the better the permanent or at least better chance of a better skin. Please this is a problem that needs to be fixed I absolutely despise hextech crafting now just as many do.

Just saying, the 'skins' you re-roll aren't worth as much as skins.Because they aren't even skins, they're shards.

ya it should be like if you did a leg, epic, rare you have have a 33% chance for each on next roll if say you had 1 leg 2 epic, 33% and 66% of equal or higher value

most games use this system when there is item quality involved
