My Idea for a New possible Champion

NAME: AXEL- The Walking Chainsaw.

Passive: Bleeding Damage.

Q: Puts down a Chainsaw Totem that last for 60sec does 20 DPS can put down 3.

W: adds Fire to Totem or he does Dash spin attack also Bonus Bleeding damage.

E: Increase Melee Damage OR fires a Projectile Saw Blade at you.

R: Dual Chainsaw Spin while moving forward like Garen for 12-15 sec dealing true damage.

Lore: Axel is Dual wielding Chainsaw Robot made in Zaun originally built to Saw down trees then he got reprogrammed by a engineer to fight and kill Demacia Warriors now he saws down his enemies.

It's just an idea. I just want another Robot Champion Besides and
