She just got a skin back in August. Yorick hasn't gotten one since his release in 2011. Urgot hasn't gotten one since 2012.

A lot of other champs haven't gotten skins in several years. Swain Cassiopeia Viktor Heimerdinger Rumble Veigar Just to name a few.
