New skins

Honestly, I think league of legends adds too many skins to a particular champ like yi and ashe. Some champs only have like 2 or 3 skins and others have 7 or 8. I just think they should actually look at the skin concepts for other champs than the main ones. Champs like vel'koz and diana should be getting more skins, instead of yi getting a project skin with all the skins he has already. I would really appreciate if riot would actually look into some of the skin ideas from the community. Although I do understand that champs that aren't really played receive less skins due to their popularity, but as a league player that uses champs like vel'koz and diana, I think you should look a little more into skin concepts on the web.
