Skarner looks dumb. Nobody can connect with that character. Re-work him to look more humanoid. How about a cooler and updated version of the Marvel Scorpion villain? Except a Riot version more in-line with the current Skarner.

No. Volibear is a NORMAL BEAR that stands on two legs. Fun fact, bears can stand on their hind legs.

Voilbear and Ornn are both humanoid in nature, bears aren't able to walk around on two legs all the time

Hmm. Not a bad idea. They can create two new skin lines. The "Animus" skin line where a champ has an animal version of them. And a "Humanoid" skin line where a champ has a more human form.
