First release. Blake, The Swordsman
Posting as a first Champ Concept and as a first release. A few hours have been put into it with a friend of mine. We decided to create a unique champion with unique spells and passives as much as possible.

Basic Stats
Health: 545 (+90 per level) Rage: 10 per basic attack Attack Damage: 60 (+ 3.5 per level) Attack Speed: 0.66 (+ 3.5% per level) Movement Speed: 350 Health Regen: 7.75 (+ 0.45 per level) Armor: 25 (+ 3.3 per level) Magic Resist: 31 (+ 1.27 per level)
Passive:
Whenever Blake gets near enemy champions, Lust gets activated. Lust: Gain +3%/+4%/+6% of his Attack damage as True Damage (At levels 1/6/12). Auto attacks give him 10 Rage. Each 10 Rage gives Blake temporary 1 attack damage. His Rage will start slowly depleting after being out of combat for 5 seconds.
Q (Stunning Blade): (13/11/9/7/6 Seconds of Cool down) Costs 20 Rage After a channel of 0.5 seconds he plunges his sword into the ground to create a shockwave in a small radius around him. The shockwave deals 75/90/105/120/130 (+ 60% bonus Attack Damage) Champions struck in the shockwave radius will be stunned for (0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 Seconds).
W (Doomed Burden): Costs 30 Rage His next basic attack slows enemy Champions by 30/35/40/45/50% for the next 2.25 seconds. Also reduces the enemy Champion’s Armor by 10/15/20/25/30 and Magic Resist by 5/10/15/20/30 for the next 1.75/2.25/3.75/4.25/5.75 seconds.
E (Raging Thrust): (15/12/10/8.5/7 Seconds of Cool down) No cost Passive: +7.5% Movement speed. (At 50 Rage) and +15% Movement speed (At 100 Rage). Active: Thrusts forward a small distance (the distance depends on his movement speed) while attacking with his sword. 65/90/115/150/175 Physical Damage (+ 65% bonus Attack Damage)
R (Duel Wielding): (90/75/65 Seconds of Cool down at level) Requires 100 Rage to activate (But no actual cost). Gives Blake dual wielding when activated. Gain +10% attack speed on each auto attack against an enemy champion to up to +50% attack speed. (Attack speed cap moves to 3.00 attack speed / second only during Duel Wielding’s duration) Lasts 15 Seconds.
