Was just messing around with new champ ideas and i came up with a possible new/interesting champ that is different. This could Possibly be a Support/Jungler Champ that has a ULT that lets other players buy items straight from the champion, instead of going back to base. Obviously its Q,W and E would be aggressive or shields or something. When other players buy Items from he champ, he could get a slight percentage of the Items overall price. Just an Idea Whats your thoughts?
I always thought it would be an interesting concept for a champ to be able to buy items without backing to the shop. Like a passive or something.

A problem I see with this is that his ult ends up becoming really useless late game (especially past the 20 minute mark when homeguard activates and you get back to lane really fast). The utility would be more valuable early/mid game but at the same time you have to wait until you're level 6 before you can even access the ult.
