Chroma Splash arts

I was wondering if there are any plans to make splash arts for chromas. Since they are just recolors (except for the new ones with some new designs coming out in 6.17), the splash arts could be simply recolors as well. An example could be Lucian. His coat could just be recolored yellow or red or blue. Or Darius. His color changes are a bit more detailed but i think it could be done.
