I think you missed the point, Definitely Not Skins are slightly different from the original one, but ridiculously easy to recognize. How should anyone recognize that guy is Graves if he has a cigar? How could you even think of a man with a cigar being Graves?

This could actually be a thing, too, because Riot has stated that the cigar was only a problem because it was on the base (which is why Gragas can have a cigar in his skin).
