Renticletape's lolskintool disappeared from the internet?

I'm looking for Renticletape's tool to make a custom Model, but I can't find a single download link no matter where I look. It's simply baffling, I've never seen anything of the sort. Wherever I go, I only hear about people who love this script, or people who have problem with it, but not a single download link, official or not. This is unbelievable.
