Talon in the jungle

So, Talon is untouched since pre-season. In the mid lane he has a lot of counter picks. What about buffing him in the jungle? Making is passive apply to large monsters, or buffing his base damage? Talon is really stuck on the mid lane, because it's the only lane where you can easily roam... If you play talon top, someone will probably pick a tank and totally beat you in any fase of the game. I am a jungler main, and I really think this champion as the potential to become a good jungler assassin, if he's buffed.
