Bring back the old Ryze with some changes

There's no question Ryze has been in a pretty bad spot for a few patches now. These bad times make me think back to the last ryze, the real machine gun mage. The crazy plays you could make with him was the reason I started maining ryze. I think he can be brought back if the problems that he had(the point and click permaroot) are fixed. Maybe make the root a skill shot with a fast travel time and a shorter cool down? Maybe make the q targeted to compensate? I think with a few changes ryze will be just fine. The new one is a lot more problematic. His ult is op is competitive play while being borderline useless in normal play. He's currently at a 40% winrate, and I don't remember the old ryze getting that low. So overall, get rid of the new ryze(keep the new model and animations) and bring back the old one!!

Personally I am in love with the new ryze his kit is health if you know how to use it his kit is great if you can coordinate with your team he has combos that you need to pull of to be successful in fights where as old Ryze was stack up passive go into overload mode and faceroll for some kills He's mobile he has a ton of build paths to assist his team and help counter the enemy team To be honest at first I was skeptical about his rework but after playing enough to get level 7 on him and call him one of my mains I can say with confidence he is in a good place

I still have a lot of fun with the new one, but I feel like he's in a bad spot and is more problematic than the old one. He needs to be changed yet again and I think it would be a lot easier to revert the rework than just make a new one.
