Rak'Dal

                                               **         Rak'Dal, The Shelled Gladiator**

Rak'Dal is a short-range, but moblie, melee fighter and tank. He excels at chasing and locking down targets and absorbing hard hitting attacks. His passive allows him to keep up with mobile opponents, while his other abilities make him a great bruiser and a tank when his team needs it.

Lore: From the moment Rak'Dal hatched into the unforgiving world of the Conquering Sea, he was considered a massive catch. At birth he was almost sixty pounds, almost as large as his father. Over a decade later, a simple fishing trip turned into the haul of a lifetime, when the simpleminded crew caught Rak'Dal in their net. When he was first brought onboard, the crustacean was exhausted from fighting against the net, but once the ship got to shore, he had regained his energy. He crushed the crew in a few blows. News of this spread quickly. Eventually, the League officials heard about him. They tracked him down and made a deal with him, promising countless people to bash. He joined the League a few hours later.

Abilities:

Passive: Swift Currents - Using an ability or hitting an enemy with and autoattack will grant Rak'Dal movement speed, stacking three times.

Q: Crabhammer - Rak'Dal swings out with his massive right claw, hitting all enemies in front of him, knocking them up and dealing physical damage.

W: Batten Down - Rak'Dal lowers his body to the ground, increasing his armor and magic resist. He also releases a shockwave around him, slowing and dealing a small amount of magic damage. This does not interrupt his movement or other ability casts.

E: Ocean's Strength - Passively, Rak'Dals auto attacks deal magic damage equal to a percentage of his maximum health. When activated, his attacks deal more bonus damage and apply a small slow.

R: Shell Crack - Rak'Dal splits his outer shell, releasing a deafening crack that damages and stuns nearby enemies. For a short time afterwards, his passive gives him double the normal amount of movement speed.
