[Champion Concept] Howitzer - The Mad Mechanic

Tanky support based champion that has the ability to manipulate turrets.

Passive- Power Up- Turrets currently within "X" of Howitzer do increasingly more damage based of champion level. Also Howitzer can target friendly turrets with melee attacks that repair it instead of do damage.

Q- Mark the Target- A point and click ability that makes turrets prioritize the target over minions (increased duration on level up)

W- Flip the Switch- Target a turret (friendly or enemy) in melee range to temporarily deactivate it (increased duration on level up)

E- Prototype Turret Cannon - 3 ranged skill shots that do increasingly more if you were hit by the previous shot. If not all shots are used within 5 seconds of first shot ability goes on cool-down.

R- I'll be taking that! - Target enemy turret acts and responds as a friendly turret for "X" duration based on level.

Sooo...if you see an enemy in rhe jungle you only have 1 ability to fight him? Additionally, you cant do anything to damage an enemy except with your E. Either e enemy needs to towerdive you or you have to towerdive the enemy...meh
