URF Concept [Riot Please Read]

I had an idea for URF that still encapsulates the " All Random " aspect that Riot wants, but also gives the player a say in what champs they want to chose

The idea is that the player could choose 5 Champions that they wanted to play and those 5 champions, in particular, would have a higher chance of being chosen than the other 100+ champions.

• Example --> I queue up for ARURF, and i want to play , , , ,and these 5 champions now have a 50% higher chance of being chosen than the rest of the champions in the game. ( Keep in mind, there's still a chance that I do not get any of the 5 champs that I selected, keeping the "ALL RANDOM" aspect into URF.
