DRAGON SKIN SWAIN Where is it Morrello

I don't know if anyone has been around as long as me is still around on the threads but back in the there was an idea for a skin called dragon skin swain. Morrello promised it long ago it never happened though. I can only hope that maybe people will take a look at this and remember our history of GD and what used to be and try to raise awareness again.
