"Instert Name" The Plague Doctor
Alright, I am new to coming up with champion concepts, but something horrible has been brought to my attention. League has a serious lack of Plague doctors! SO, to combat this, I propose "I don't have an actual name for him yet" The Plague Doctor! (For the purpose of explaining his kit, let's just call him bob.)
Passive: Apothecarist: Whenever Bob uses a consumable item (Potion, elixir, etc) 1/2 the effect is shared with nearby allies.
Q: Flask: Bob throws out 1 of 3 glass bottles at target location. (Selection is the same as Twisted Fate's W) Water: Refreshes allies in area (Gives attack speed, movement speed, and regen), if an enemy is frozen in the target area, the ice spreads to all enemy units throughout the circle (Essentially ice spreading). Acid: Leaves an AoE acid pool that lowers enemy armor and and deals ap damage to those standing in it. Ash: Reveals and blinds enemy units hit.
W: Anti venom: Bob gives a cure to target ally, healing them and removing all DoT effects.
E: Plague Mask: Passive: Bob gains magic resistance and Tenacity Active: Bob gives his mask to target ally, giving them the passive benefits, but Bob loses it.
R: Quarantine: Bob Suppresses target champion for duration of the ult, or until they take damage. Allies quarantined will be healed over time.
