Champion suggestion

Dear Riot, I would like to suggest a new champion to your lines. The name of the champion will be professor Siano, the psychopath psychiatrist. Pr.Saino was a psychiatrist in a lunatic asylum were thousands of patients gone crazy because of nocturne. In the lunatic asylum there were always reports of missing patients but whenever the subject was searched the files of the missing patients were gone. A rumor started to spread that the Professor is destroying the patients' files and use them for horrible reaserches of the body. The only words of the one patient who managed to run was " No !! please dont cut of my eyes, please !".The professor at last admitted he was researching the body when he asked to join the league. when asked why he want to join he said:" I need a new surgery table and new patients". Pr.saino's weapon is a giant syringe half filled with blood, he wears doctor robe and has uncombed grey hair and he is pretty old. His taunt is : " Welcome to the surgery table" / "Dont worry you'll die for a good cause, my cause" Pr. Saino's abillities: Passive-Durability: The pr. found a medicine that produce 35 tenacity (however if he'll buy tenacity items they wont help him) Q-Injection Time(ability power): Every enemy in melee range with pr.saino will be feared for a short dauration (saino raise his syringe) when the skill is active saino has 2 options: 1.Steal a lot of life from a feared enemy. 2.Give from his own life to ally W-Subject 13(ability power): saino summons a monster that combined from a lot of limbs(eyes,hands.legs,etc.), the monster shoot inner limbs (hearts, livers,etc.) and upon death explodes dealing damage. while the monster is alive saino gain new W called Hands of the dead which is a lot of hand look like a gaint hand that come out of the monster and smash the floor slowing enemies, if saino is in the range of the monster the hand will grab him to the smash point. E-Infection(ability Power): Saino throws his syringe (very small cycle of hit) that can attack only champions and only one champion and upon hit the efects will be similar to exhaust with symbolic ammount of damage. R(Ultimate)-Will of the flesh: In a snall range saino trows an empy syringe toward a champion and jump inside the champion control his Q,W,E and build for a few secs. wherever siano trow the syringe he will exit. for example: if saino trew the syringe to Alister's back he'll be fired through his back after the ulti will end. After he gain control he can exit whenever he want by using his ulti again.To not make this ulti over power i thought of a few ways to prevent this: 1.The precents of saino's health is the precents he'll have when entering the champion, for example: if saind has max hp of 1000 and now he has 500 this is 50% hp, ashe have max hp of 2000; it doesnt matter how much current hp ashe have when saino enter her body he will have 1000 hp (50%). when saino will exit ashe's body she will have her previous hp minus 20% of that hp. but when saino leave the body of ashe he will still be damaged, his hp became 30% of ashe's hp he will exit her body with 30% of his hp. 2.Saino can't get a kill on the champion he controls. if he will stand in the enemy turretit will kill him and the champion he controls and won't count as a kill ( if the controled champion die during the ulti he will sprnd 25% of the died time). 3.during Saino's ulti the enemy team can attack the controled champion and saino's team cant(if the enemy team kill it will count as siano kill but the controled champion will still spend 25% time dead), also apply to turrets. 4.To prevent controling champion and run to the ally turret to do ambush near your turrent with allys and kill after saino's ulti end the enemy champion will gain for a short dauration somthing called "Immune system" that will grant him 35 tenacity, 50% armor and 50% megic resist.
