Siren Nami

I have had this idea before, defiantly want to see some form of it happen! The digital piece is my original piece, my sketch is my newer revised piece I'm working on. Also for the background i'm possibly going to add some silhouettes of other champions sinking to the bottom. Just imagine a creepy ethereal voice calling to you sounding enticing but terrifying and that's what i think this skin should feel like.
