bring back skins and old game types back for new players

I have been playing for about a year and I have always wanted to play old game types like all for one I also have missed some awesome skins like king rammus pls it would excite new players and if not just release some cool skins that last few have been mediocre, thanks riot you rock like malphite :

Skins no, game modes sure. King rammus is either a mystery gift skin or you got it for being in the beta for oceanic. A skin like that would lose all meaning of you could just buy it.

Sorry, I did not know it was one of those kinda skins, but I really do u want some of the old game types back.
