I have been hoping for the longest time that Karthus would get a fresh new skin that showcases the work that goes into making his abilities look so good but sadly it has not happened yet... I think that some sort of Fire Lord or Deep Sea skin would do him justice and the possibilities for his are endless! Even an arcade skin would look amazing. Please let me know if this is a good idea and upvote so Riot can see this! Thanks.

Riot needs to start making skins for champs that barely have any skins, this is a huge problem they have doing and most players can agree with this unless their main has multiple skins they owned for a long period of time
