Didn't get any rank reward nor my loading border.

I need a reason why I didn't get any of my rank reward, ya can tell me because my honor was 1 but tell me why ya leveled my level up right after rank season ended? This is my second season that I didn't get my icon nor loading border. I don't get it.... this is disappointing. This how ya treat a loyal gamer...
