[Champion Concept] : Hark - Yordle Bar Brawler
I will probably update this thingie with lore and pathetic self-drawn images later on but do comment on this guy, please... I'd be really happy for any sort of feedback, guys!
Champion's Identity: Close-ranged ball of fury, that is more and more terrifying the longer he stays near you.
Hailing from Bandle City and found at the bars and pubs all over Runeterra, Hark is raging beast of titanic proportions condensed in the body of one little yordle individual.

Hark is, to tell the truth, a one weird and daring yordle. Keeping his love for community-oriented companionship, he, instead of choosing yordle communities, took a liking to the atmosphere of bar brawls. And, instead of drinking and gambling, he comes to establishments of different finesse not for the drinks or gambling but for one of the most brutal parts of the evening. After of long nights, this little yordle is undoubtedly one of the fiercest and feared bar brawler. Yet, being feared, Hark lacks opponents, so he has to keep traveling the realm, to keep on getting the thrill he's addicter to by now.
[Passive] Every concecutive auto-attack on the same target Hark launches scalingly bigger and faster punches (+10% AS each consecutive hit - 5-stack self buff), which deal bonus magic dmg equal to 1,25 - 3,5 - 7,5 - 12,5% (second, third,fourth and fifth hit) of total AD. On the fourth consecutive hit the target is snared for 1 / 1,25 / 1,5 second reseting all stacks. Passive goes on 6 second cooldown if the last target that is enemy champion. Stacks hold up to 5 seconds.
[Q] Plummeting strike
First active: Hark grabs a minion (or smaller jungle creep), holding it for maximum of 3 seconds. The minion is focused on attacking Hark for all 3 seconds. Right after or
Second active: Hark jumps high in the air and drives his target straight in the ground, snaring it for 1/1,25/1,5 seconds and dealing aoe physical damage with and to it (60% / 100%).
[W] Mounted Demon
Hark jumps on and mounts a single champion that've been recently hit by full-stack passive snare (or big jungle creep), and sticks to his target for 2- 2,5- 3- 3,5- 4 seconds, plummeting the target with basic attacks. The target is unable to hit Hark during the mounting part and 40% of damage received by Hark is transferred to his "mount". Apart from that the target is unnable to move properly (kinda like Sion's ult movement control)
[E] Violent cyclone
Hark spread his arms and spins, dealing physical damage around him in small area. If he holds a minion in his arms while he does so, he deals double damage in wider area. The held target receives the full damage of the spin.
[R] Passive: The less HP Hark has, the more Lifesteal he gains, refusing to die and wanting as much blood as he can get. For each 10% of health missing, he gains 4%, 6%, 10% lifesteal.
Active: For next 10 seconds Hark's movement speed is increased two-fold, while chasing enemy champions and each strike of his passive has doubled extra damage. Also, once, his passive snare is triggered, he is able to grab enemy champion.
