Newly Support Champion Idea

I just have a special thing for this support. I didn't have time to think of abilities stats and looking. So you can comment your ideas below too. Special thing is it can drop items he/she got for teammates. Like if i be that support i will buy and give it to my adc in early game. Or i can buy and give it to teammate. What do you think of this champion? Is it too overpowered?

I think such a concept is untenable, because it leaves one character defenseless while breaking game scaling for the characters who scale hardest. Imagine a late-game hyper-carry gaining +50% gold, for example. O_o

How would you get the gold to buy these items you already have to buy support items on low income. The concept wouldn't work.
