Hextech Keys need to be easier to collect

Has anyone else thought that we need some hextech crafting improvements? i saw a concept of trading hextech items and i think that's a great idea and i also think that we should get keys not key fragments! who else agrees? i'm happy that we have hextech crafting but its just to hard to get key fragments!
