New champion: Tibure (Assasin, Fighter)maybe jungler
Its looks like an undead "rogue" with two small daggers. His story shortly: Once he was a honored human in xy faction but he has too many enemies out of the city. Once upon a bandit team killd his family and he got mad and depressed. He decided to kill those who was in the crew who killd his loved wife and children. There was an magical area out of the forest where he lived a dark forest within lived the most unkown and feared witch xy. He asked her to give him the power of the stealth to kill his enemies in silent and to not detect him.The witch did this to him but do not noticed of its price she gived him a dagger. A secret and deadly dagger and only said one thing to Tibure: use this dagger carefully but first think about your goals again you are a honorad person why would you drop this life? (asked the witch Tibure just said : cause all I had and loved it was only my family and Tibure just leaved. The unkown woman just wanished and said again then use this dagger but be prepared for its price. He looked for the crew and find killd every one by this dagger but as he killd more and more he has more and more thurt to kill for blood and he just becomed an stealthy undead predator. The price was that if he kills the murders his soul became death and he become undead. Now all he want is to get back his life his honored good life, but can he resist the thirst of blood?
His passive: Shadow Dance: Tibure's Mutilate gives combo points (max. 5) each combo point increases his combo point consumed skills damage (0.5%,1.5%,3%,4,5%,8% per combo point). Upon being out of combat for 10 seconds he get stealthed and can use his stealth abilites (the stealth is endless until Tibure take damage or enter combat, then the stealth is ended after 1,5 seconds) The nearby enemies are warned that Tibure is close as he levels up the radius of warning scales.
Q: Mutilate,Marked for Death: Out of stealth: Deals a small amount of damage 20,30,40,50 (+ 40% of attack damage) every second cast generates one combo point
In Stealth: Deals no damage but Marks the target for death for 3 seconds and gives Tibure (0,1,2,3 combo point) and increases his next ability damage by (0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%) after this ability he cant use Daze Shot. Cooldown: 5,4,3,2 seconds Cost: No cost
W: Stab,DazeShot: Out of stealth: Consumes up to 5 combo points increasing its damage.To use this ability Tibure needs atleast one combo point Tibure stabs his enemy to bleed 80,120,180,200,240 damage per second (+ 80% of his attack damage, + per combo point bonus damage) for 1, 2.5, 3, 4 seconds and slows movement speed by 1%,1.2%,3% 4,5% for 2, 2.4, 3, 4.8 seconds
In stealth:Daze Shot Stunns the enemy for 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 seconds, deals small amount of damage 20,35,45,55,80 (+ 80% of his attack damage) and gives (1,2,3,4 combo point) Cooldown: 11,10.5,10,8 seconds Cost: No cost
E: Eviscerate, Shadow Step: Out of Stealth: Eviscerate: Deals high amount of damage 100,180,200,240,310 ( + 110% attack damage + per combo point bonus damage) To use this ability Tibure needs to be at least two combo point.
In stealth:Shadow Step Steps to the target location silencing the enemy for 0.5, 1, 2, 2.5 seconds and gives 5%,10%,20%,30% bonus movement speed to Tibure for 2,4,6,8 seconds (does not breaks stealth but he cant use Marked for Death ability) Gnereates 1 combo pont always. Cooldown:11,10.5,10,8 seconds Cost: No cost
R: Vanish
Tibure Vanishes going into stealth for 5.5,6,8,10 seconds (does not break damage and combat) giving him bonus attackrange and movement speed 15%,20%,35%,40% (this does not stack with Shadow Step) and gives up to 5 combo points instantly. During Vanish Tibure empowers his daggers to improve his abilities to deal an extra 100,180,200,280 damage (+200% of his attack damage) with his first ability he use, and his first attack heals him for 20%,25%,30%,40% of damage dealt. (He can use Marked for Death to improve his damage more effectively but the stealth duration is reduced to 4 seconds.
