Honestly there is not much similarity besides both having horned head-pieces and blue stuff coming out of their eyes/mouth.

So you're telling me that it bears very little similarities to this besides horned head pieces and blue-stuff? I'm not sure if you're blind or stupid. Maybe both. You know, it's just like Vivi from final fantasy and Veigar. I mean, besides being short, having a wizard hat, and having an unseen glowing face, what's so similar about those two? Nothing. Barely any similarities at all.

Kel'thuzad is skeletal,brand isn't. Kel'thuzad uses ice,brand uses blue fire. Kel'thuzad has robes that reach the ground,brands only reach to his knees Kel'thuzad has armor on his upper body,brand doesn't Kel'thuzad has gloves,Brand has glowing hands Kel'thuzads head piece looks kinda like an egyptian crown,meanwhile Brands looks more like some sort of tribal mask

So where are your big similarities?
