New champion: Nubo, master of the storm

Nubo is a wise old Mage who can harness the power of storms.

Physical description: Nubo wears a long pure white robe and has a long white beard. He sits cross legged on a cloud that transports him. He is very old and has blue eyes.

Auto attack: Nubo shoots lightning from his hands at target creature.

Passive: Every 6 successful hits on one target without hitting another does double damage and realeases chain lightning that does normal auto attack damage to 10 nearby creatures.

Q: Mist, Nubos cloud covers him in mist giving him stealth for some time.

W: Master of wind, Nubo turns into a tornado, doubling his movement speed for 3 seconds, being attacked by a champion lowers his speed boost to 1 second unless he is already at 1 second or less, this would end the speed boost.

E: Death from above, Nubo shoots into the air on his cloud, Landing near at his cursors location stunning all enemies nearby where he lands. Bonus damage to the enemy he lands on if he lands on anything.

Ultimate: Hurricane, Nubo turns himself into a massive hurricane, his movement speed is boosted by a third and his auto attack does double damage. Anyone caught inside the hurricane takes massive damage when they are inside (including allies).
