If you think about it it makes a lot of sense. Velkoz with a firefighter cap above his eye and you make his tentacles into hoses so when he ults its a big jet stream, E could be a geyser, W could be a pool type deal and Q could just be a water blast. Seems like a pretty cool design for the champ.
