[Champion Concept] Wilkar - Leader of The Pack

Wilkar is a meele fighter who specializes in one on one fighting and ambushing his prey. His lupine companions make him very effective when it comes to separating a single enemy, or aiding his allies when they get in trouble.

I'm still working on his basic statistics and lore but I've pretty much finished his ability kit and basic mechanics.

Abilities:

Passive: Alpha male - Additional 10% armor and magic resistance for every wolf alive alongside with 15% attack speed and 5% life steal per every wolf dead. (possibly too strong) or Wilkar gains** 1%** life steal per every 15 attack damage.

Q: 65/70/75/85/90 mana, **15 **seconds cooldown, 750 range Imprisoned - Fires a blade in a line dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+1.1 AD) physical damage and attaching it to the first target struck for 2 seconds. Both Wilkar and his prey are slowed by 25% but his enemy can't go away from him further than 900 units (the distance can be seen by units affected by this skill). After the duration Wilkar rends the blade out dealing additional 100/150/200/250/300 (+0.75 AP) magic damage and applying a 95% slow that decays over 3 seconds. Can be recast to make Wilkar leap to his target and stun them for 1.5 seconds. No additional damage is dealt. If the target dies while being imprisoned or when the blade is pulled out the ability resets.

W: Passive The Pack - Summons 3 wolves, which have 25/35/45/55/65 (+0.15 AP) attack damage, 40% of Wilkars armor and magic resistance, movement speed equal to his and 75% of his attack speed. Wolves have 200 HP at level one and gain 25 HP per level (650 HP at level 18). After death wolf respawns in 24 seconds. Wolves automatically attack the same target as Wilkar, but they can be controlled by holding the Alt key or atcivating this abillity (similar to controlling Tibbers).

E: 60/70/80/90/100 mana, 18/17/16/15/14 seconds cooldown Command - Orders the wolf to attack an enemy or aid an ally. On enemy cast: Wolf leaps towards the target dealing physical damage equal to 90/100/110/120/130% of wolfs AD, reducing his armor and magic resistance by 10/15/20/25/30 and revelaing him for 7 seconds. On ally cast: Aids a allied champion by blocking the next 2 attacks towards him in the next 3 seconds and healing him for **8/10/12/14/16% **of his missing health over 6 seconds (Minum 75 at level 1 and incresing by 15 per level. Also can't be used on the same target more than once every **20 **seconds). In addition target gains 10/15/20/25/30 armor and magic resistance. The wolf stays with his ally until he goes to far form Wilkar or they are given another order. Only one wolf per target at once. This applies to enemies, allies and Wilkar.

R: 100 mana, 140/100/60 seconds cooldown Predators Wrath - Gives Wilkar passive movespeed bonus or empowers him for a short duration Passive: Wilkar gains 15/25/35% movement speed while being near his wolves, this doubles towards enemy champions. Active: Wilkar releases a howl which increases his attack speed by 40/60/80%, movespeed by 30% (passive part of his ultimate is inactive for the duration), in addition his attacks deal 80/140/200 (+0.15 AP) bonus true damage to his targets over 5 seconds and slows his target by 10% (stacks up to 2 times) and give him the ability to leap towards his prey (375 units range).

Those numbers are still temporary so if you feel like he needs a small nerf or buff somewhere feel free to tell me. I will be updating this threat when something comes to my mind.
