Annoucer packs

So I know a lot of people might give me shit and say that I'm am suggesting copying DOTA but I think this is something that would not only make playing more fun but would be a great way to spend rp other than skins. Since there are already people out there who are creating these announcer packs with a few lines I think if Riot could take this and make official packs with multiple lines from a source people could recognize (even something like recording cocky lines from the members of certain teams like a C9 or TSM pack) I would be absolutely willing to pay even 20 dollars for it.
