A new champ

Hey everyone I have a fantastic idea for a new champion his name is Tedussa , The Frame Freezer. Now I will tell u everything I have so get ready to be mind blown.

Lore: haven't you ever wandered how the moments of league of legends got there; well I'll tell you it is Tedussa, the frame freezer. given the power never to die as at a young age, stuck at the age 21 always lonely never having love so he thought he would take advantage of this gift of his by takeing pictures of the Evolution of man.as every generation of man he never changed he himself had to adapt so as time went on so did his experience giving eternitys of life and increasing wealth as a cameraman

Ability's: Passive: Gains health for extra abilty power

Q Film smash: smashes film in a strait line line dealing damage plus bonus ability power

W Camera Throw: throws a camera dealing damage plus bonus ability power

E Lense Clense: removes stuns, roots, slows, ect. For nearby allies

R Frame Freeze: takes a picture of all enemies in an area stunning and dealing damage plus bonus abilty power

Role: Tedussa will be a support who may also be a top lane becuse of the build. He is a tank who also builds so and can make changes almost at will. He would be a good aramer and a preety good support the reason is becuse of the medium damage that he does. He could probably even be a jungled if built right but we won't know till we try so guys lets get the attention of league of legends and get this champ in the game

The Look: So my idea for the look would be with one of thise old style cameras in a gold colored Jacket sleves pushed up to the elbows, blue jeans and boots and some light brown hair
