Since this will be Kat's last skin for a long time can it be worth it?

I just feel like its another re-color like all her other skins, no new hair, "ok" new outfit, and hardly noticeable particles. I love the backing animation, but other than that this skin is iffy compared to the other skins like Nid's and Riven's.

What I think they should add is a smoke trail behind her Q and maybe a new sound to it, sort of like Dragon blade Rivens Q's sound.With her W they could add flowers flowing out really quick or even just change it to a reddish pinkish color. With her E she should leave a noticeable puff of smoke. Her ult is "ok" but could be better with some smoke affects or even just a new sound (again like Dragon Blade Riven's Q)

It would also be nice to get a new hair style, maybe one that doesn't get in the way of her swords on her back and make her look clunky and cheaply made?
