Lore:

Deep in the heart of Zaun, evil things stirred. Under the loose guidance of the evil doctor Warwick, a young scientist flourished in the craft of concocting death. After the downfall of his teacher, however, Singed ran out of subjects to test his various poisons and toxins on. Many believe that he turned his experiment only to his own flesh, creating the madman that competes in the League of Legends today. But while most of his chemical weapons were used and tested on himself, the truth lies in the rotting corpse of a man that became known as the Plague Bearer, Niteris. Only Warwick, who abducted the child in his early years, know the details of Niteris' history. However, due to the madness that now controls the doctor, and the relentless viruses and toxins that were given to the young boy, his past is a mystery that will most likely never be solved. After Singed abandoned his laboratory in Noxus to display his chemical talents to the Ministry of War, the broken body of his only surviving test subject crawled from the shadows with an insatiable hunger. With only a few emotions still living in his twisted mind, all he knew was his hatred for the Mad Chemist and his lust for revenge for the seemingly endless torture the man put him through. After hearing that Singed had made his way to the Ministry, Niteris saw it as his only option to go there himself, and confront the one's who scarred his body and ruined his mind.

Quotes: (Voice: scratchy and sickly, breathing labored and wheezy, yet all quotes (besides Ultimate Use) are said with a sarcastic/joking air to them.) Walking:

  1. "Keep your distance..."
  2. "How much further?"
  3. "Infect them all!" On Use of Ultimate:
  4. "Feel my pain!"
  5. "Share my misery!" On use of [E]:
  6. "Time to go."
  7. "See you later." On use of [W]:
  8. "Can you feel that?"
  9. "Aaaaah"

Joke: "They say I'm sick, but it's not my fault. I was just made this way. "

Taunt: (Said sarcastically) "Don't come any closer, I wouldn't want to get you sick."

Dance: The "Bernie" (lean back, let your arms flop at your sides, shimmy to make your arms dance around in a hilarious fashion).

Skin Idea: Debonair (Or Gentleman) Niteris: Long black suit and black pants, white shirt, black tie, white gloves. Face all white, featureless except for a giant toothy mouth. (Kind of a take on Slenderman). Plague Flies become a dark cloud of mist.

I'm working to get some concept art going and I'll hopefully have that up and posted soon.

It seems kinda weird. His passive and W scream tank (though passive is AD tank and W is AP tank), but his scalings, Q, and R seem better for a full damage assassin/nuker.

Seems pretty reasonable now. He has good reason to stand near enemies and better cc, while he does good damage while being squishy as an assassin. Definitely flows a lot better now, and he seems pretty unique.

Like the idea. I know you gave a physical description of your character, but I couldn't help but think of Gollum. The attacks are well-thought out and varied.

Thanks for your feedback! If you want to see my response it is posted.

I have a few suggestions for you as well, but overall this looks like a fun champion.

General: Consider different scalings based on his status as a fighter. Perhaps a combo AP/AD or some %Health scalings might help a bit.

Passive: Love the built in "Sunfire" effect, damage seems good, and not killing with it seems like a great way to balance its damage. Good work!

Q:

  • Does this "pierce" in a way similar to Azir's soldiers? If so, it may be a bit strong especially with both a snare and slow. If it does pierce, maybe consider only a snare for the first hit target and a decaying slow for the other targets.

W:

  • Again, very neat ability. Is the active a one time "Cleanse" or does it have a duration of immunity?
  • Here is another reason to consider scaling other than just AP. Health is going to be a stat that's needed and limits selection of items if you need both health and AP to make this skill effective.

E:

  • Very interesting choice to put damage and cc on the starting location, it's unique but I wonder if it hurts more than it helps. The reason for having a gap closer is to offer an advantage other than range only if possible. What if the champion left a trail of toxic blood along his flight path that slowed too? Then you'd have more interaction and decision making in zoning besides just using it to escape.

R:

  • Wow, nothing to suggest here, this is a really cool ultimate. Great work.
