New Yordle Champ Idea

I really enjoy playing my Yordle champs and would really like to see more in the game. I came up with this idea and was wondering what people thought of it. It's a Yordle mage, I got the idea from the Pied Piper of Hamelin and thought that would be a really fun champ to play. Please give me your feed back and what you think of him.

Hamilton, the Piper

Champion type: Mage Health:2 attack:1 Spells:3 Dificulty: ???

Champion emote Move: Let the music guild you select: Just listen Attack: plays his pan flute Ultimate: Follow the beat joke: To make a pan flute you'll need flour, eggs, milk... oh wait that cake. Taunt: plays his pan flute and skips in a circle dance: the hokey pokey

Lore: It was long ago when Hamilton left Bandle City, he set out on this journey to discover the mysteries of the world and to learn new ideas. But perhaps most importantly to learn the music, Hamilton's favorite thing in the world was music. It did not take long however for Hamilton to get lost, he came from a wealth family that never faced any changes of the real world. He wandered the land becoming increasing lost, until one night he heard a strange chiming coming his direction. Hamilton put out his fire as whispers started to accompany the chimes. He hid behind a log as Bard entered the clearing. The yordle watched as Bard made his way to the center of the clearing and then proceeded to sit down and play his horn. As Bard played spirits appeared and made their way into the clearing as well, dancing in tune to Bard's music.

Hamilton curiously crawled out from behind the log to get a better look at spirits and their strange dance. His presents did not go unnoticed and Bard stopped playing and quickly tried to flee. "Wait" cried Hamilton. Bard stopped and walked over to the small yordle to see in his hands a small pan flute. Bard looked at the yordle then at the flute. "Can you teach me to play like you?" Hamilton asked timidly. Bard answered by sitting in front of him and playing a single note, in which Hamilton replied with a note of his own. They went back and forth like this until Hamilton could play the whole song and the spirits would dance to his music like they had for Bard.

When the session was over Bard got up to leave, but was once again stopped by the yordle. "Before you go, can you show me the way out of the forest?" Hamilton asked. Bard nodded and played his horn and opened a portal. Hamilton thanked him and stepped though the portal and continued his journey.

Hamilton traveled the world learning everything he could about the places he went and the music they played. When he finally returned to Bandle City and played his music he found that it had an effect on the listeners.

the skills:

P: Spirit Dance When Hamilton has not taken damage for five second, a meep (lesser spirit) will appear and increase his health recovery by .25% the current rate. Healing up to 15% of max health. 100 second cool down.

love it but it sounds crazy. but u never know. i had and idea of a champ who benefits off healing or buffing the enemy but i didn't think it all the way through maybe assisting enemy's charges like a meter that with an ability that just annihilates them

Yeah, upon finishing his skill set I thought it sounded a little crazy and edited it. The final set though I feel is a little bit better. Most of his skills can only effect one enemy or monster at a time and without a large amount of AP, these skills are weaker than similar skills on other champs. His unique skills, W and E, I feel would be possibly his most OP skills. His W mostly, as it can effect a target enemy and can cause real damage depending on the champ. His E however I made because I see him as being more of a jungle champ and being his E doesn't effect enemy champs it would have little effect in lane unless enemy minions are buffed by the baron or super minions. I'm not sure how useful he would be for his team in team fights however as the only useful skills in that setting might be his Q and then his R later in game. While his W might also prove the be useful it cost more mana and without cool down reduction or a large mana pool. I feel that most of his skills would get a one time, maybe two time use in a team fight. As Personally I haven't seen many team fights last a long enough period of time for him to cool down more than twice.

While he is somewhat crazy I didn't want him to be a Teemo and so none of his skills have poison or cause more damage overtime, however his W may if it was used on a Teemo but I'm not sure about that. I also didn't give him any like invisibility, because I think that in itself makes a lot of champs OP without items that void that. His passive though is to make him a little more Teemo like, in the sense that he jumps in does a few skills while taking damage and then high tails it out of there having his passive recover him. While his passive gives him no armor or MR it again opens him up to jungle more and possibly with no need to be leashed as it would heal him after. It also mean there would be less need for items that recover health and more need for armor and MR items that provide AP instead.

On one hand, having someone be influenced by Bard would be neat, but these powers seem rather broken. Even Rammus has to take damage before his opponent can take backlash from their attacks, and the E seems a bit situational given it does nothing without monsters or minions nearby. His Ult seems a bit disappointing, since it's more or less a non-damaging version of Mordekaiser's ult on a champion whose kit doesn't revolve around damage-dealing anyway.

I like the lore concept somewhat, but I think his role and kit could use a bit more thought.

I have edited some of his set, so feel free to look at those edits. For his E I wanted to make him a littler more of a jungle and less of a lane champ. So that's the reason behind that skill. For his R I have changed it to deal damage and basically recreate a copy of the target who would aid him for X amount of time. For the W I hope it is a little more clear, (but I also changed it a bit) on the next attack (directed at him) a percentage of the damage would be reflexed back at the attacker. Please let me know what you think of those changes.
