FIZZ REWORK

Fizz really should get a rework he deserves it people play him pretty often. He could be a lot smoother (play style) and he could get a new look cause his original look just gets boring and if possible a cool skin would be one where he looks like aqua man from DC. He's a lovable character but his abilities are kind of meh, his Q really should be something where he throws his main weapon and it could bounce off of the enemy champion or minions head, his W is fine it just needs to be a lot better than what it is now and i feel like it should give him some movement speed and some attack speed, his E is just straight up useless, it does nothing at all it sometimes comes in handy to get away but for damage use its crap, i don't know what could be redone about it all i know is that it should just be different than what it is now, his R is nice but its pretty slow and late and the enemy can move away quickly before getting hit with it, i think an octopus should be able to hold them down for 5 seconds and you could be able to do damage to them but then before it releases them it shoots little baby sharks out at them. But i truly think fizz should get a rework he truly needs it and deserves it, he just doesn't have the potential to do anything really.
