I suck at art so i'll describe Dahmeia (pronounced day-my-a) A one armed sad/confused old man with over grown hair in a purple robe with white trim. Cut off arm is tied off and he has a glove with a black star on his other hand.

Base Stats Health: 520 (+70) Health Regeneration: 6 (+1) Mana: 375 (+75) Mana Regeneration: 5 (+.7) Move speed: 275 Range: 600 Attack Speed: .640 (+1.25%) Attack Damage: 54 (+4) Armor: 21 (+3.4) Magic Resist: 30

Passive: Lost Ages - Dahmeia can teleport through terrain but after finishing blink he is slowed for 70%/55%/40% for 4/3.5/3 seconds and is blinded for same duration {Dimension Fatigue}. If used in succession [within 90/70/50 seconds] of one another duration of blind and slow are increased by 50% more. Slow also increase by 10% more capping at 99%. (Succession rest is effected by CDR) Range: usable on terrain with 150 units blink 150 units away from opposite wall

Q: Unspeakable Horrors - After a 1 second delay Dahmeia projects images of nightmarish creatures and torment into the minds of all enemies enemies in front of him fearing them for .25/.5/.75/1/1.25 seconds and slowing them for 4 times the duration. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range: Cone infront of him extanding out 600 units and 800 across at end

W: Portal of Nightmares - Dahmeia leaves the plain of existence [untargetable and invulnerable] to channels for 2 seconds and opens a portal below him for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. After finishing channel Dahmeia is applied {Dimension Fatigue}. After the portal opens, untargetable creatures from different dimensions swarm out spawning 1 per second. Enemy Champion deaths summon 1 additional creature. Any 3 unit deaths summon 1 additional creature. Creatures deal 5/20/35/50/65 (+40% AP) magic damage per second and last 8 seconds after summon. Cost: 110/95/80/65/50 mana Cooldown: 26/22/18/14/10 seconds Range: Self

E: Cease Existence - Dahmeia instantly unleashes his power around him opening a large portal below him. The portal causes all enemies to become untargetable and suppressed for 1(+.005% AP) seconds. While untargetable they are dealt 20%/23%/26%/29%/32% of their maximum HP per second. Dahmeia is then dealt 60%(-.5% AP) of his current health Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana Cooldown: 30/27/24/21/18 seconds Radius: 550 units

R: Banish - Dahmeia unleashes all of his power in a beam in front of him. Enemies hit by the bean are stunned for 2/2.5/3 seconds and dealt 250/325/400 (+60% AP) magic damage. Dahmeia is healed for 200/300/400 (+20% AP) for each enemy champion hit. Afterwards Dahmeia is applied {Dimension Fatigue} Cost: 100/150/200 mana Cooldown: 150/135/120 seconds Range: 1200 units Size: 400 units across

Lore: Dahmeia was a powerful mage thousands of years before the rune wars began, but he knew of the runes and how to enhance them. He found out how to enchant them so he could use them to destroy other plants and stars. However power like that would be the end for billions of races, that is when Bard comes in temporarily banishing him from existence putting him in a limbo stasis for millions of years(because this may seem confusing time in limbo does not match time in a real realm). After millions of years he lost all memories and desires. He forgot how to do so many things such as speak or use his magic. Not until a golden portal open in front of him. He began to step through but it closed early severing an arm that he could still feel. With that gone flash backs of Bard occurred. He screamed in anger for what happened to him. He scavenged the world he was on for any forms of life, but that didn't happen. Instead he found a small spirit and sat by it. He studied it and eventually came to the conclusion of it was Bard 's He opened his hand to attempt to absorb its power and essence. It worked. He gained all of Bard knowledge and lost his own will except for the arm in Limbo. He traveled for eons through different dimensions looking for home once more where he knew he could be able to banish Bard for what he has done. Dahmeia would practice his power and improve it, put in the process he destroyed dimensions trying to lure Bard to him so he could seek his revenge.

Gameplay: Dahmeia is a supportive mage with extremely low base move speed. His has a power level of near 200% but is punished for using it with dimension fatigue on many of his abilities and basically sacrificing himself to chunk their entire team. He comes with a ton of CC on himself and enemies. He will work in support and mid but vs a gank jungle he is fucked. Early on your going to just want to farm under tower even with a lead. Once you hit 6 you gain a lot of burst with a W-Q-E-R combo. Mid and late game you turn into a disengage zone mage. If your tanky enough you can flank them and be engage.

Build: summoner 4 summoner 6 item 3027 item 3152 item 3009 item 3157 item 3026 item 3089 MR per level/Move speed/ hp per level/ AP runes

Just reading the passive.. its talon's E but on a passive with no cost or cooldown. Too op xD
