Yasuo got a second skin some time and he's newer than jinx. Cait, Khazi, Darius, Shyvana have all gotten skins since also.

All I'm saying is that I think it's her turn. Definitely before Gnar, Braum, Azir, or Vel'Koz. I love having skins for people I play a lot, and personally I think the mafia jinx skin is lame. Just saying.
