Flashe: Idea for new champion

Flashe's basic attack is melee, he uses the end of a tripod to hit champions. He is a high ap champion, a little less than medium ad champion, low health, and small difficulty.

Q Campod: Flashe summons (up to 4) camera on a tripod that blinds the enemy for 1 second every 5 pictures, and deals magic damage (amount is up to you). Cooldown rate is 10 seconds.

W Click: (Passive) Flashe deals magic damage on every 3rd hit to enemies within a small radius.

E Cambination: Flashe combines two of his campods to create one bigger campod dealing up to one half more magic damage than the original.

R One and Only: Flashe slams down his basic attack tripod dealing magic damage to enemies surrounding him, creating one massive campod dealing double or more magic damage than the cambination campod's. Flashe will not be able to do basic attacks due to his tripod being down on the ground, but incoming enemy damage will be reduced.

Main passive: Every time Flashe blinds an enemy he will gain 1/200 of his health. Ex. (With his health being 1000 he will gain 5hp, with his health being 2000 he will gain 10 hp).

I'm very sorry if I do not meet good requirements or if I didn't include everything that I had to, to be able to create a champion like Flashe, but it was a pretty cool idea I thought of. Thank you if you even looked at this, I hope it becomes something!!!
