{Champion Concept} (I don't have a name but i am open to suggestions)

I haven't put a whole lot of thought into the way this would work for teamfights but... I have come up with the idea of a champ that only has 1 ability (technically). This ability is their passive. I have come up with the beginnings of a lore to start off with but I feel this champ would actually play quite well in league of legends today. Passive: Shift - Shift has a 120 (unchangeable) second cooldown. Shift allows blank to turn into another champion currently on the rift at the time. When the shifted champion dies Shift's cooldown is reset and blank is turned back to their normal form. You copy the other abilities of the champion that you have shifted into. Shift must channel for 4 seconds before the change is complete. You also copy all items that the Shifted enemy or ally has built. Shift lasts for 180 seconds, however while it is still on cooldown if the last shifted champ dies the cooldown is reset This (to me anyway) has a long enough cooldown that the reset on Shift is needed. It also seems that it wouldn't be too broken seems how in teamfight they will (most likely) be "unshifted" due to the death of the person they shifted, they then would have to back out and re-shift to be able to do damage. This is not underpowered either due to the fact that you will always be able to shift into either your carry or their carry and you will do just as much damage (as far as items go). NOTE- Lore is only a beginning and is not complete or specific Lore: So blank wandered the land looking to belong somewhere, but found nowhere. Blank sat back observing, wondering how they (neutral due to lack of gender at this time) would find out how to co-exist in the rift. Blank observed for years perfecting how to act like humans but did not look like humans. Decades passed and blank started to take the form one of his favorite humans. He cherished the humans but as soon as blank went to be with them they noticed that there were two of the same person. Blank tried to explain but the humans attacked the two and killed his favorite human. Soon after his human counterpart died, blank started to change back to their original form. Mortified with how the humans acted blank shuns and hates humans, turning into them just to toy with them before killing them.
