Gemstone Skin Idea (Taric)

So I was looking through the gemstone skins and realized that there was no skins for supports. Yes, we can argue that Annie is/can be a support but, as we all know, it's not common. My suggestion/recommendation is to make a gemstone skin for Taric. So why taric? Well, Taric would be the good choice for the next skin because, it fits well with the idea of a gem and should be easily to format from (Taric uses gems to heal his allies and has a unique personality).
