Champ select vote kick
League should make a system in champ select to vote kick someone and make them dodge to get rid of champ select trolls.

Okay, I might be in favor of this.
Would you be okay with it having consequences for the voters as well in the cases where they kicked someone who was innocent?
We can't just give people the freedom to kick a person whenever they want, because people gang up on innocent or off-meta players all the time. It has to be enforceable while remaining fair for people who could be subjected to such a vote.
i know its been awhile, but it really needs to happen, the trolling in the pick ban phase is gettting out of hand, i think per day if i play ten games, at least 5 or more of those games somebody is trolling by banning a preselected champion on our team, or champ stealing with the intention of trolling.
